Hotel photography

Hotel photography with people in the frame.

Hotel photography has a sameness problem. Wide shot of the bed, wide shot of the pool, repeat. Guests compare dozens of those before they book, and the ones that stand out show a place being lived in.

My villa and resort photography leans on light, texture and a human presence: a hand on a coffee cup, a back turned towards the view, the table set for two. I shoot rooms properly, with straight lines and clean styling, then add the images that make people feel something. Restaurant photography follows the same idea, appetite first and the room behind it.

Photos are edited and delivered in sizes ready for your website, booking platforms and feeds.

How we work

Planned like a campaign, shot like a stay.

We walk the property first

I look at where the light falls across the day and plan which spaces to shoot when.

Styled lightly, shot carefully

Rooms are tidied and styled with what you already have. Nothing needs to be bought or brought in.

People where they belong

A guest or two in frame gives scale and warmth. I can bring someone along if you'd like.

Edited with restraint

Natural colour and honest detail. Guests should find the real place matches the photos.

Questions

Before you ask.

Are you a photographer or a content creator?
Both, and the line matters less than the result. I shoot stills to a proper standard and pair them with video and creator-style content, so everything comes from one visit and looks like one brand.
Can the photos go on Booking.com and Airbnb?
Yes. Licensed use includes booking platforms and your own website. Each platform has its own size and ratio rules, and I deliver crops to suit.
Do you shoot Airbnb listings?
Yes. I shoot listing-ready photo sets for Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO: the cover shot, every room in order, the outdoor space in good light and the amenities that justify your price. Photos are cropped to each platform's ratios and shown honestly, so guests find what they saw.
How many photos do we receive?
As a guide, a Content Stay includes 25 edited photographs. A Content Day or a Content Retainer can be scoped to what you need.
Do you shoot restaurants and cafes too?
Yes. Food, drinks and the room, usually timed for your best hour of light. Menu-ready stills for delivery apps and Google are a common request.
How long does delivery take?
Edited files arrive within ten days of the shoot. If you have a launch or campaign date, tell us up front and we'll plan to it.
