This covers the enquiry form on this site. If we add analytics or advertising pixels later, we’ll update this page and ask for consent first.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, business name and type, location, website, Instagram, email, WhatsApp number, preferred dates, what you're interested in, and your messages. We don't ask for anything else.
Why we collect it
To read your pitch and reply to you about a possible collaboration. We don't use it for anything unrelated, and we don't sell or share it for marketing.
Who handles it
Your enquiry is sent as an email to the studio inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider, which processes it on our behalf. Your message then sits in that inbox.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we're in conversation, and deleted when it's clear we won't work together, or when you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@postcardstudio.co.
